Hello Athletes and Parents,

EXPOSE PHOTOGRAPHY is excited to be taking team and individual photographs

AGAIN for PMFSA on Wednesday May 15th, 2024 at the Adidas Sportsplex..

We are a LOCAL and accomplished sports portrait photography company and we offer

a very modern and creative style.

DETAILS:

PMFSA is providing every athlete with ONE (6x15) team photo. You have the option to

order individual photos if desired.

Athletes ordering$15 or less will be photographed with their glove and the photographer

will assign a pose.

Athletes ordering $40 may choose to pose with either a glove or a bat and will have

input about their pose and expression. Please come prepared with your equipment and

pose in mind.

Athletes ordering more than $40 will pose twice: once with their glove and once with

their bat. Please come prepared with your equipment and pose in mind.

We photograph ONLY one athlete at a time and we use the individual photos to form a

group shot using photoshop and post production techniques. Once an athlete is

finished his/her individual shoot, he/she is officially done...the photoshoot is quick and

painless...and for most athletes, it's fun too!

ORDERING:

Sample photographs are attached below so that you can view the style

of the photo that you will be receiving. Additional prints and digital options are available

at an additional fee. If you would like additional photos, please fill out the order form

and bring the form along with CASH payment to your photoshoot. We will have the

Square on site too to allow for debit payments.

In the interest of keeping the price point down, you will not have the option to proof

your photos before purchasing. Please be assured that your child’s photos will be of the

highest quality. We have been in this business for over 15 years, and parents and

athletes consistently rave about our work. We work hard to ensure that each athlete’s

expression is natural and flattering.

If you are not confident about ordering extra photos at the time of the photoshoot,

you can still order photos. Unfortunately, this process of delaying the ordering

requires considerably more effort and time, and therefore I charge an additional

processing fee of $25.

WHEN:

Photoshoots will take place on May 15th at the Adidas Sportsplex. Each team has been

assigned a team photoshoot time.

IF you can NOT attend during your photoshoot time, you may come during the special

accommodation time listed on the schedule. (There is no other makeup photo time.)

There is no need to book, and appointments will be offered on a first come, first served

basis. There is, however, a $10 accommodation fee for athletes photographed outside

of their team photoshoot time.

WHERE:

Adidas Sports Complex in the foyer.

WHAT TO BRING:

Make sure you are completely dressed (full softball uniform including glove, baseball

hat, bat, and/or batting helmet). Please ensure your hair is not covering your eyes.

Everyone must have the TOP part of the order form filled out, even if you are not

ordering photos because this is our organizational tool. If you are ordering additional

photos, please fill out the bottom part of the order form along with your CASH payment.

DELIVERY:

Photos will be delivered back to PMFSA in a timely manner and will be distributed

through your coach. Digitals will be included in your photo package on a thumbdrive.
